All rights reserved. 常见问题 Product Introduction 常见问题 帐号相关 1. 同一台服务器能否进行多主体备案? 目前限制一个腾讯云账号只能有一个主体的备案信息(主体即为个人或单位).如需使用同一服务器办理其他 主体的备案,您可以利用备案授权码进行备案,使用方法参考 备案授权码常见问题. 2. 帐号已有备案,能否备案其他主体的网站? 一个腾讯云帐号仅可以进行一个主体备案.若您需要备案其他主体的网站,可申请一个新的腾讯云帐号进行操 作. 3. 什么是备案密码? 备案主体(企业或者个人)首次备案成功后,备案密码会由工信部系统下发到主体负责人的手机短信和邮箱中 .每个主体对应一个备案密码. 备案密码在办理转入备案和注销主体业务时需要用到. 4. 忘记备案密码,如何找回? 方法一:在工信部网站找回 1. 登录 工业和信息化部ICP/IP地址/域名信息备案管理系统 ,在右下角找到 找回备案密码 .
