4 技术经济分析 4.1 MBR 根据主要设计参数, MBR 的处理水量为 15m3 ・ d-1 . 污水主要处理费用主要为动力费 (电费)和清洗时 所消耗的药剂费用. 动力费: 运行设备中, 包括自吸出水泵, 鼓风机 的日常运行, 同时考虑每季度反洗时所用的反洗泵, 以及一些自控设备的日常电耗. 估算 MBR 的日常电 耗约为

The results of pilot experiments showed that MBR had much better pollution removal performance than BAF at the average water temperature of 5℃. Removal rates of COD,BOD5,NH4 + -N and TP by MBR system were 75%, 92%, 95% and 90%, respectively. However, the removal rates of COD,BOD5,NH4 + -N and TP by BAF could only achieve 70%、78%、29% and 82%, respectively. The operational costs of MBR and BAF were calculated as 0.82 CNY/ton and 0.55 CNY/ton, respectively. As a conclusion, it is recommended to apply MBR process when wastewater reuse is the main purpose, because MBR has more stable pollutant removal performance, less footprint, and easier to be managed and operated.
