1 总则 1.0.1 为适应本市经济发展的需要,提高住宅建设水平,满足广大市民对居住质量、居住 功能、居住环境和防火安全的需求,结合本市的实际情况,制定本标准. 1.0.2 本标准适用于本市城镇新建商品住宅的建筑设计.改建、扩建城镇商品住宅和别墅 在技术条件相同时也可适用.高度在 100m 以上的高层住宅,除应执行本标准中高层住宅的 全部有关规定外,还应执行本标准中高度在 100m 以上的高层住宅的特殊规定. 1.0.3 住宅设计必须严格执行国家和本市的有关方针、政策和法规,体现以人为本、可持续 发展和节能、节地、节水、节材的指导思想,贯彻适用、安全、经济、美观的设计原则,对 于老年人、残疾人等居住者的特殊使用要求,应满足《无障碍设计规范》 (GB50763)中的 相关规定. 1.0.4 住宅设计应符合本市城市规划的要求,并与周围环境相协调. 1.0.5 住宅设计应推行标准化、多样化,因地制宜地积极采用新技术、新工艺、新材料、新 产品,促进住宅产业现代化. 1.0.6 新建住宅宜实施全装修,建筑设计与装修设计宜同步进行. 1.0.7 住宅设计除应执行本标准外,尚应符合《住宅建筑规范》 (GB50368)和《住宅设计规 范》 (GB50096)等相关条文的规定. 注:有下划线的部分为修改后内容.
