1997 by Anshan Iron &

Steel Group Co. Ltd. ( Angang Holding ) as its sole promoter, is listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange respectively. The registered capital of the Company amounts to RMB7,235 million. The Company is engaged in the whole production process for modernised steel and iron production, including coking, sintering, iron manufacture, steel manufacture and rolling operations, as well as the necessary ancillary facilities.
