300350 电子邮件:[email protected] 教师简介 南开大学药学院,药物化学生物学国家重点实验室,特聘研究员. 从事单分子生物物理研究,关注白血病的分子病理生理,尤其是 MLL 基因易位的机理、MLL 蛋白超级复合体内部相互作用网络、以及 MLL 蛋白对下游基因的转录调控,譬如,HOXA9. 使用的技术主要是单分子激光镊和磁镊, 致力于研发新的单分子仪器平台, 用于疾病分子机 理研究与新药设计和筛选.在国际学术刊物和专著发表论文
