416000 湖南省吉首市人民南路118号 湘西自治州烟草公司, Tel: 0743-8568503, E-mail: [email protected]. 收稿日期: 2018-11-29, 修回日期: 2019-01-17. 多效唑对烟苗生长及繁殖烟蚜和烟蚜茧蜂的影响 罗小红, 朱三荣, 滕凯(湖南省烟草公司湘西自治州公司, 湖南吉首 416000) 摘要: 为探明多效唑对烟苗生长和繁殖蚜虫和蚜茧蜂的影响, 提高蚜茧蜂繁殖效率, 以烤烟为烟蚜寄主 来繁殖蚜茧蜂, 设置3种不同浓度多效唑处理烟苗, 与对照进行对比研究, 测定多效唑处理后烟苗主茎 高度的增长量和最大叶面积增长量、 各处理烟蚜和蚜茧蜂繁殖数量.试验结果表明, 多效唑处理能显著 抑制烟苗主茎增长, 以稀释400倍效果最好, 对烟苗叶面积的增长同样有显著抑制作用, 稀释400倍和 200倍效果相当, 各处理繁殖烟蚜和蚜茧蜂数量没有明显差异, 每株烟苗繁殖烟蚜均能达到400头以上, 繁殖蚜茧蜂均能达到200头以上, 可达到理想繁殖效果.多效唑能够显著抑制烟苗主茎和叶面积的增 长, 有利于烟苗抗倒伏和降低烟苗间湿度, 能提高繁殖蚜茧蜂的效果, 在规模化繁殖蚜茧蜂生产中有良 好的推广应用价值. 关键词: 绿色防控;

繁殖 中图分类号: S435.72 文献标志码: A 论文编号: casb18110125 Effects of Paclobutrazol on the Growth of Tobacco Seedlings and Rearing of Myzus persicae and Aphidius gifuensis Luo Xiaohong, Zhu Sanrong, Teng Kai (Xiangxi Tobacco Company of Hunan Province, Jishou Hunan 416000) Abstract: The paper aims to investigate the effects of paclobutrazol on the growth of tobacco seedlings and rearing of Myzus persicae and Aphidius gifuensis, to improve the reproductive efficiency of A. gifuensis. In this experiment, using tobacco as the host of M. persicae to rearing A. gifuensis, three different concentrations of paclobutrazol were used to treat tobacco seedlings, and the different treatments were compared with the control. The growth of main stem height and maximum leaf area of tobacco seedlings, reproductive numbers of M. persicae and A. gifuensis were determined after different treatments with paclobutrazol. The results showed that, paclobutrazol treatment could significantly inhibit the growth of main stem of tobacco seedlings, the best results was the treatment of
400 times. The growth of leaf area of tobacco seedlings was also significantly inhibited, the effects of
400 times and
200 times were similar. There was no significant difference in the reproductive numbers of M. persicae and A. gifuensis among all treatments. More than
400 M. persicae could be reached on each tobacco seedling, reproductive A. gifuensis could also reach more than 200. All could achieve ideal reproductive effect. Paclobutrazol can significantly inhibit the growth of main stem and leaf area of tobacco seedlings, it is beneficial to the lodging resistance of the tobacco seedlings and reducing humidity between tobacco seedlings, and can improve the rearing effect of M. persicae and A. gifuensis. It has good popularization and application value in rearing A. gifuensis on a large scale. Keywords: green prevention and control;
