2004 regarding the election of members of the fourth board of directors and supervisory committee of Jingwei Textile Machinery Company Limited (the Company ) at the first Extraordinary General Meeting

2004 to be held on 15th August, 2004.

China Textile Machinery (Group) Company Limited, the largest shareholder of the Company holding 36.44% of its issued shares, nominates the following persons as candidates of members of the 4th Board of Directors of the Company and candidates of members (representatives of shareholders) of the 4th Supervisory Committee of the Company.
