4 中央农办? 农业农村部? 中央文明办? 国家民族事务委员会? 文化和旅游部? 国家广播电视总局? 国家体育总局? 中华全国总工会? 共青团中央? 中华全国? 妇女联合会? 中国文学艺术界联合会关于组织? 实施首届 中国农民丰收节 有关工作的通知 农市发 〔2018〕5号 各省、 自治区、 直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团党委农村工作部门, 农业 (农牧、 农村经济) 、 农机、 畜牧、 农垦、 农产品加工、 渔业 (水利) 厅 (局、 委、 办) , 文明办、 民(宗)委(厅、 局)、文化和旅游厅 (局)、广电局、 体育 局、 总工会、 团委、 妇联、 文联: 经党中央批准、 国务院批复, 自2018年起, 将每年农历秋分设立为 中国农民丰收节 . 这是第一个 在国家层面专门为农民设立的节日, 充分体现了以习近平同志为核心的党中央对 三农 工作的高度重 视, 对广大农民的深切关怀, 向全社会传递了重农崇农的价值取向. 为共同做好首届 中国农民丰收节 组织实施工作, 现就有关事项通知如下:

一、 充分认识设立 中国农民丰收节 的重大意义 在脱贫攻坚的关键时期、 全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段、 实施乡村振兴战略的开局之年, 设立 中国 农民丰收节 具有重大历史意义和现实意义. 一是有利于进一步彰显 三农 工作的重要地位. 农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题. 设立 中国农民丰收节 , 有助于全面调动各级政府、 社会各界投身和服务 三农 的积极性, 唤起各方面 对 三农 的关注和重视, 营造强农助农的浓厚氛围, 凝聚爱农支农的强大力量, 进一步强化 三农 工 作在党和国家工作中重中之重的地位. 二是有利于提升亿万农民的获得感、 幸福感、 光荣感. 中国农民丰收节 是农民的专属节日, 通过举 办一系列具有地方特色、 民族特色的农耕文化、 民俗文化活动, 能够进一步丰富农民的物质文化生活、 展 示新时代新农民的精神风貌, 顺应广大农民新期待, 满足亿万农民对美好生活新需求. 三是有利于传承弘扬中华农耕文明和优秀文化传统. 中国农民丰收节 蕴含鲜明的文化符号和新的 时代内涵, 能够让人们以节为媒, 释放情感、 传承文化、 寻找归属, 唤醒人们对传统农耕文化的记忆, 享受 农耕文化的精神熏陶, 增强文化自信和民族自豪感. 四是有利于凝聚推动乡村振兴战略实施的强大力量. 举办 中国农民丰收节 , 有助于动员和聚集各 方面资源, 增强亿万农民振兴乡村的热情和信心, 推动乡村实现全面振兴, 让农业成为有奔头的产业、 农5民成为有吸引力的职业、 农村成为安居乐业的美丽家园.
