2010 邢台矿建筑物下综合机械化固体充填采煤技术 刘建功, 赵庆彪 (冀中能源集团有限责任公司, 河北 邢台 054000) 摘要: 为实现建筑物下采煤与充填工艺的同时进行, 解决地面矸石及粉煤灰固体废弃物堆积带来 的环境污染问题, 以邢台矿 7606工作面为研究对象, 矸石与粉煤灰作为充填材料, 利用自夯式充 填开采液压支架对建筑物下采后固体充填试验进行了研究, 并对采场矿压、充填体变形情况及 7606工作面岩层移动的变形情况进行了监测和分析.

结果表明: 自夯式充填开采液压支架实现了 建筑物下采煤与充填工艺的同时进行, 提高了工作面采出率;

且充填开采工作面超前应力峰值及影 响范围比垮落法管理顶板小得多, 没有明显顶板来压显现, 充填体能有效控制顶板的运移, 确保地 表建筑物不受开采的影响. 关键词: 建筑物下开采;

04 CoalM in i ng Technology w ith FullyM echan ized Solid Backfilling Under the Building Structures i n X i ngtaiM ine LIU Jian- gong , ZHAO Q ing-biao ( Jizhong E nergy Group Com pany Li m ited, X ingtai 054000, China) Abstract : In order to simu ltaneously operate the coalm in ing under the building structures and backfilling techn ique and to solve the envi- ronm en t polluted prob le m s occurred from the dum ping of the coal rejects and fly ash on the surface , tak ing the No17606 coalm in ing face in X ingtaiM ine as the research object and tak ing the coal rejects and fly ash as the backfilled m ateria, l a study on the solid backfill test w as conducted after the coalm in ing under the building structures w ith self co m pacted backfilled m ining and hydrau lic pow ered supports . Them onitoring and m easurem en t as well as the analysis w ere conducted on the m ining face strata pressure , backfilled m aterial defor m a- tion , strata m igration and defor m ation over the No17606 coal m ining face . The results showed that the self compacted backfilled m ining w ith hydrau lic pow ered supports could be simu ltaneously to do the m ining operation and back fill operation. Thus the coalm in ing recovery of the coal m ining face could be i m proved . The advanced stress peat and the influence scope of the backfilled m ining face wou ld be smal- ler than the roof falling of the roof control and there was no obvious strata pressure behaviors . The backfilledm aterial cou ld effectively con- trol the roof m igration and cou ld ensu re coalm ining had no influence to the surface bu ild ing structures . 195 万t/a .由于长年较大强度的开采, 截至 2008年底, 剩余可采储量仅为

2 46917 万t.随着周边建筑占地面积逐年扩大, 建筑物下压煤的 现象更加突出, 现建筑物下压有

5 823万 t呆滞煤 量.另外, 矿井自投产以来, 排放地面堆积的矸石 有380万m3;

选煤厂每年排矸约 30万m3;

自备矸 石电厂年产粉煤灰达 37万m3,固体废弃物在地面 的直接堆放, 不但占用土地, 且影响矿区生态环 境.因此, 解决矸石与粉煤灰地面堆积带来的环境 问题, 维持矿井的可持续发展是当务之急.
