我们每个人都 应点起我们人生的希望之光,坚守自 己的岗位, 让自己的人生汽笛回响. 坚守岗位的过程会感到孤独.想 起那些保卫我们祖国的边疆战士们, 他们都坚守着自己的岗位,日日夜夜 不知疲惫, 他们远离了自己的亲人, 没 有亲人的照顾, 他们是孤独的. 想起我 们的伟大音乐巨人贝多芬, 他的不幸, 双耳失聪,对一个热爱音乐的人是多 么大的打击! 他的世界是安静的, 是孤 独的, 但他并没有放弃, 他坚持着, 坚 守自己的岗位, 他抵得住孤独和恐惧, 最终他成功了. 每个人都应该尊重自己的岗位, 让我印象特别深刻的就是我的同事―― ―林霞.2014 年底, 因工作需要, 原制板车间检验员林霞调任制板车间 计划员, 去年年初, 工作正式交接.新 的工作环境、新的岗位职责对于林霞 来说是个全新的挑战,年前又是最忙 碌的一段时间, 林霞化压力为动力, 虚 心请教、 认真学习, 努力提升自己的技 能知识, 晚上

9 点后, 车间办公室里还 能经常见到她的身影,她总是最后一 个离开, 用时间换来成长. 刚做计划员 一个多月, 恰逢春节放假, 车间的同事 请探亲假回家了,又是她一个人坚守 到了最后, 协助主管站好最后一班岗, 计划、 统计、 班组长, 一人兼任三职, 从 未说累. 制板车间因为是前制程车间, 为不影响春节返岗后其他车间的生 产,公司组织不回家的员工大年初三 就开工, 车间开工少不了管理者, 又是 林霞, 考虑到生产需要, 主动请缨, 与 员工一起,初三上班,站起了第一班 岗, 十天的年假缩短成了四天, 却没有 半点抱怨. 经过四天的努力, 给后车间 准备好了充足的物料,为后制程车间 年后正常生产奠定了基础. 她总是说, 个人得失事小, 失职事大. 能在自己的 岗位上担当起那一份属于自己的职 责, 这才是她所追求的. 有句话是这样说的: 心在一艺, 其艺必工;

My journey to China started very early on in my life. I grew up in a loving family of six in a small coastal town in the NYC suburbs called Fair Haven, New Jersey. From a very young age I had a strong interest in Chinese culture and history. I was innately drawn to it. Many people ask me why that is, and I don'

t quite have a good answer for them. I feel that it is because of the fact that China is an incredibly unique country and is just so drastically different from everything I grew up with in the United States. In my high school years I was left wanting to learn more about China, and I came to the realization that the next step I needed was in learning the language. Language is the window into a culture, and is the only true way to form intercultural personal relationships. And so after an arduous and lengthy process, we created a Mandarin Chinese curriculum for our high school―one of only a handful of schools in New Jersey at the time. I must acknowledge a very influential person in my life who, with her help and guidance, helped me get to where I am today. That special person is Ms. Rebecca Wang Laoshi Wang, my high school Chinese teacher and mentor. Teachers have the power to inspire and help shape the minds of young people.
