30 June 2018, representing an increase of approximately HK$12.2 million or 32.4% as compared to the three months ended

30 June 2017. The Group recorded a profit attributable to the owner of the Company of approximately HK$3.2 million for the three months ended

30 June 2018, representing an increase of approximately HK$8.1 million as compared to the Group'

s net loss of approximately HK$4.9 million for the three months ended

30 June 2017. The increase of the Group'

s profit for the three months ended

30 June

2018 was mainly due to the increase of gross profit for the three months ended

30 June

2018 as compared with the gross profit for the three months ended

30 June 2017;

and the recognition of the Listing expenses of approximately HK$7.0 million in connection with the listing of the Company'

s shares on GEM (the Listing ) for the three months ended

30 June

2017 but no such expenses for the three months ended

30 June 2018. Excluding the one-off Listing expenses, the profit attributable to the owner of the Company would have been HK$3.2 million and HK$2.0 million for the three months ended

30 June

2018 and

2017 respectively, representing an increase of approximately 55.3% as compared to the three months ended

30 June 2017. The Board does not recommend the payment of any dividend for the three months period ended

及於截至2017年6月30日止三个月 就本公司股份於GEM上市 ( 「上市」 ) 确认上市 开支约7.0百万港元,但截至2018年6月30日 止三个月并无有关开支.扣除一次性上市开支 后,截至2018年及2017年6月30日止三个月, 本公司拥有人应占溢利分别为3.2百万港元及 2.0百万港元,较截至2017年6月30日止三个 月增加约55.3%. 董事会不建议派付截至2018年6月30日止三 个月期间的任何股息.
