1977 authorises the Grantor to grant, in accordance with Part 3B of the Conservation Act 1987, concessions authorising the holder of the concession to engage in wild animal recovery operations and, in so doing, to enter any land that is a conservation area. C. The Concessionaire wishes to carry out the Concession Activity on the Land subject to the terms and conditions of this Document. D. The Grantor is satisfied that the requirements of Part

3 B of the Conservation Act

1987 and section

23 of the Wild Animal Control Act
