一、引言: 由于电能需求增加, 提高电能的利用效率成为 当前急需解决的问题.IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶体管) 作为一种高耐压、大电流、高速、低饱和压降的功 率器件, 在功率变换领域中应用越来越广泛. IGBT 驱动器作为 IGBT 的可靠应用,充分发挥其性能的 关键,其性能关系到系统的效率与可靠性.在大功 率的功率变换器中,国外的 IGBT 驱动器,包括 SEMIKRON, EUPEC 及CONCEPT 的产品应用比 较广泛.本文以 CONCEPT 公司的大功率 IGBT 驱 动器 2SD315A 为例,分析其工作原理并给出相关 的测试结果和应用说明.
二、2SD315A 基本功能 2SD315A具有集成度高,隔离电压高和驱动功 率大等特点,适用于并联运用的IGBT模块或大功 率的IGBT模块的驱动.2SD315A有两种工作模式, 即半桥模式和直接模式, 在半桥模式下还可直接产 生和控制死区时间,其最高开关频率可达100KHz, 在直接模式下控制信号占空比可连续(0~100%)可调.其主要电路由三个功能块组成,如下(图一) 所示.第一功能块是辅助电源和信号输入两块组 成,其中一块LDI (Logic To Driver Interface , 逻辑 驱动转换接口)是将主控制板中的PWM信号进行 整形放大,并根据需要进行控制,之后传递到信号 变压器, 同时其也检测从信号变压器回传的故障信 号,将故障信号处理后发送到故障输出端;
