他本科就读于清华大学经济系,后 分别在新加坡国立大学和加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学获得金融硕士和博士学位. 他在国内外的学术期刊上发表了多篇学术论文.目前他的研究兴趣主要在于 Theoretical and empirical corporate finance, Investment, Asset pricing, Derivatives. 张峥博士现任北京大学光华管理学院金融学副教授.他1995 年毕业于南开大学,获 应用数学学士学位;

二、课程概述 作为入门的介绍课程,金融学概论立足以有趣和轻松的方式向非商学专业的本科同学介绍金融的基本知 识,培养对于金融问题的敏感性.课程将结合最新的金融业的发展,讲授金融的范畴、金融机构与市场、 投资学、公司金融和衍生产品等内容.课程提供一个全面但初步的对于金融的了解.

三、课程目标 课程希望通过教学与讨论达到以下目标: 1, 学生能够了解基本的金融语言,懂得基本的金融思维方式 2, 培养学生对于现实中金融问题的初步的分析能力 3, 结合自身专业背景,能够对于某特定金融问题产生兴趣. 4, 激发学生对于金融的兴趣 5, 对于未来自身的投资规划产生一定的影响
