Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality The Group values input and feedback of its stakeholders as they bring potential impacts to the Group'

s business. Key stakeholders such as shareholders, customers, employees, suppliers, government and regulators have been involved in regular engagement activities to share views and expectations regarding the Group'

s business operation and ESG performances. During the reporting period, the Group has specifically engaged Board members, senior management, frontline staff, suppliers and customers to gain further insights on material aspects and challenges via meetings, focus groups and questionnaires.
