1 前言根据住房和城乡建设部《关于印发〈2008 年工程建设标准规范制订、修订 计划(第一批)〉的通知》(建标[2008]02 号)和《关于同意调整并增加行业标 准〈餐厨垃圾处理厂运行维护技术规程〉主编单位的函》(建标[2012]

27 号) 文件的要求,标准编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,参考有关国际标 准和国外先进标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础上,制订了本规程.

本规程的主要技术内容是:

1、总则;

2、运行管理;

3、维护保养;
