600 MW 循环流化床(CFB)锅炉上,对锅炉燃用不同煤质时的燃烧特性、排放 特性和适应性进行了研究.结果表明:锅炉主辅机系统具有良好的煤种适应特性;

锅炉燃 用不同试验煤种均具有较高的燃烧效率, 纯烧神华烟煤最高, 为97.94%, 纯烧设计煤最低, 为94.76%,掺烧煤介于两者之间;

锅炉采用炉内干法脱硫工艺,脱硫效率最高 98.2%,最低94.8%,各试验工况 SO2 排放值均低于

300 mg/m3 ,NOx 排放值均低于

200 mg/m3 ,满足 现阶段污染物排放要求;

点火试验表明设计煤的着火温度为

600 MW unit CFB boiler firing different coals were studied. The test results show that, the main equipment and auxiliary system of the boiler has well adaptability to the coal type. When burning different kinds of coals, the boiler has relatively high combustion efficiency. The combustion efficiency reached the highest 97.94% when firing pure Shenhua coal and the lowest 94.76% when firing the pure design coal, it is within the range when firing blended coals. The boiler applies the dry desulfurization process, with the highest desulfurization efficiency of 98.2% and the minimum of 94.8%. Under all test conditions, the SO2 emissions were lower than

300 mg/m3 , and the NOx emissions were lower than

200 mg/m3 , which meets the requirements of environmental emission limits at the present stage. The ignition test shows the ignition temperature of the design coal is
