2017 年4月1日;

(b) 按照本条例第 3(2) 条厘定的增加百分率为 2.1%. 行政长官 梁振英

2017 (Made by the Chief Executive under section 3(3) of the Widows and Orphans Pension (Increase) Ordinance (Cap. 205) after consultation with the Executive Council) 1. Increase in pension The following are specified― (a) the date from which the increase in pensions pursuant to section 3(2) of the Ordinance is effective is

1 April 2017;

1 Explanatory Note Under the Widows and Orphans Pension (Increase) Ordinance (Cap. 205), if the average monthly Consumer Price Index (A) (Average Index) of a period of

12 months ending on

31 March of a year exceeds the Average Index of the immediately preceding

12 months by a percentage that is more than 0.1%, the pensions described in that Ordinance have to be increased by the same percentage. 2. The Average Index of the

12 months ending on

31 March

2017 exceeds the Average Index of the immediately preceding

12 months by 2.1%. Accordingly, this Notice specifies a 2.1% increase in respect of those pensions with effect from

1 April 2017. 注释 根 《孤寡抚恤金 ( 增加 ) 条例》 ( 第205 章),如在截至某年

3 月31 日为止的

12 个月内,平均每月甲类消费物价指数 (平 均指数 ) 超过对上

12 个月的平均指数,而超出的百分率多於 0.1%,则须按该超出的百分率,增加该条例所描述的抚恤金. 2. 在截至
