液态成型在工业中处于基础性的地位,是各类机器、设备等 毛坯或产品的重要生产途径之一.随着工业化进程的深入,对液态成型原理与工 艺的研究提出了更高的要求,同时开发出了一系列新的成型技术.本课程通过课 堂讲授、讨论和课外实践等多个教学环节,讲解液态成型过程的原理以及相关的 工艺技术等基础知识,包括液态成形中的流动与传热、铸件凝固组织的形成与控 制、铸造应力、变形与裂纹、造型材料、重力铸造、特种铸造、外场作用下的液 态成型新工艺等.在讲述传统液态成型方法的同时,还将重点介绍国际上近年来 出现的前沿液态成型方法及基本原理,为学生学习后继专业课程、跟踪现代技术 发展及将来从事材料加工工程技术工作打下坚实的基础. *课程简介(Description) Principle and Technology of Liquid Forming is a elective course of the Materials Science and Engineering, but also the main technical course of this major. Liquid forming has the basic position in industry, which is one of the important ways to produce various types of semi-finished and finished products in the machines and equipments. With the deepening of industrialization, higher requirements have been put forward on the study of principle and technology of liquid forming. Meanwhile, a series of new forming technologies have been developed. Through classroom teaching, discussing and extracurricular practices, the principles of liquid forming and related process technology will be explained in this course, including the flow and heat transfer in liquid forming, formation and control of the microstructure of castings, casting stress, deformation and cracks, moulding materials, gravity casting, special casting, new liquid forming technology under the external field and so on. Apart from teaching the traditional liquid forming method, the new liquid forming methods and basic principles appeared in recent years are also introduced, in order to give students a solid foundation for the subsequent courses, tracking the development of modern technology, and the future work in materials processing. 课程教学大纲(course syllabus) *学习目标(Learning Outcomes) 1.了解液态成型原理与工艺的历史、现状和发展趋势及其对于人类社会发展的 重大影响;
