013 一种定性 阻尼器 的适用范围 陈永祁, 马良( 北京奇太振控科技发展有限公司, 北京 100037) [ 提要] 缸筒锅式流体阻尼器( Cylinder Pot Fluid Damper) 简称为阻尼锅, 广泛应用于工业管道减振装置中.这类阻尼器构 造简单、 没有方向限制, 且一般不存在漏油问题.这种与高压密封的常规阻尼器不同的构造, 使其在发明并应用的同时就形 成了另一个流体阻尼器的分支: 即在一个容器内放置粘滞液体, 通过一个可活动的 杆 上下或左右移动, 靠侧面液体剪切摩 擦和底部受压产生一定的阻尼作用.目前这种产品动力性能的研究在我国较为少见.美国国家地震工程研究中心( NCEER) 在上世纪
90 年代初对该产品进行了详细研究, 并给出了符合产品性能的理论表达式.研究结果显示: 缸筒流体阻尼器是一种 对频率和温度极为敏感、 参数几乎无法预知的缓冲装置, 因而这种产品的使用有一定局限性, 特别是用于对频率、 温度以及耐 久性要求极高、 需要定量分析的结构减振 TMD 中.由于这种产品特性被人忽视, 近些年在一些 TMD 工程中得到应用, 但其是 否适宜应用在大型 TMD 中仍值得推敲. [ 关键词] 缸筒阻尼器;

Ltd,Beijing 100037,China) Abstract: Cylinder pot fluid damper is known as damping pot is widely applied for industry pipework vibration dissipation. The device has simple configuration and no direction limition and no leaking problem. Because of the special configuration damping pot,a new type branch of fluid damper is formed. The damping effect can be achieved through a moving piston of the device moved in viscous liquid in the pot. The research about the damping pot dynamic performance has rarely been found in the nineties of the 20th Century, the National Center for Earthquake Engineering Research ( NCEER) has made a series detailed research on the device theory expression and specification. Obviously,as the test result,the cylinder pot fluid damper is a kind of frequency and temperature dependent,hard to predicted specification buffer device. The limitations of the device have been ignored especially on the TMD devices in structural engineering which has very high demands on frequency,temperature and durability. In this paper,NCEER research results are introduced and the key point to the device is suggested. Keywords: cylinder pot fluid damper;

24 1 引言 采用粘性流体作为减振器在机械行业有着广泛 应用.根据不同的设计思路这类减振器的工作原理 分为两类, 一类是利用流体的高粘度提供粘滞力, 另 一类是在利用流体粘度同时利用流体在封闭容器内 的流动获得粘滞力.其中第一类产品被称为缸筒锅 式流体阻尼器( Cylindrical Pot Fluid Damper, 简称阻 尼锅) .对于阻尼锅这类装置, 国内相关的研究很 少, 即使有也很少涉及其基本的性能指标. 上世纪
