2017 (Made by the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services under section 105K of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132)) 1. Commencement This Order comes into operation on

1 September 2017. 2. Designation of Libraries Order amended The Designation of Libraries Order (Cap.

1 注释 本命令将下述建筑物,指定为图书馆―― (a) 位於西湾河鲤景道

52 号港岛东体育馆的、称为自 助图书站的建筑物;

(b) 位於尖沙咀梳士巴利道

10 号香港文化中心的、称 为自助图书站的建筑物. 2. 第1段所述的图书馆经指定后,归康乐及文化事务署署长管 理和管.署长还可根 《公众o生及市政条例》 ( 第132 章), 就该等图书馆行使其他法定职能. Explanatory Note This Order designates the following as libraries― (a) the building known as Self-service Library Station situated at the Island East Sports Centre,

52 Lei King Road, Sai Wan Ho;

(b) the building known as Self-service Library Station situated at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre,

10 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. 2. As a result of the designation, the management and control of the libraries mentioned in paragraph

1 is vested in the Director of Leisure and Cultural Services. The Director may also exercise other statutory functions under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132) in respect of those libraries.
