In addition to the outstanding output current capability and distortion performance, the STPA002 is extremely robust against several kinds of fortuitous misconnections. It is compliant to the most recent OEM specifications for low voltage operation in start- stop vehicles, and can sustain hybrid vehicles battery transitions. It includes a DC offset detector and, in Flexiwatt27 package, a clipping detector. '
