2014 B3377 Explanatory Note Paragraph

1 Explanatory Note The object of this Order is to amend Schedule

2 to the Marriage Ordinance (Cap. 181) to revise the fees payable for― (a) processing an application for the appointment as a civil celebrant of marriages or for the renewal of such an appointment;

(b) the appointment as such a civil celebrant;

and (c) the renewal of an appointment as such a civil celebrant. 注释 本命令的目的是修订 《婚姻条例》 ( 第181 章)的附表 2,以调 整就以下事项而须缴付的费用―― (a) 处理要求委任为婚姻监礼人的申请或将该等委任续 期的申请;

(b) 委任为婚姻监礼人;

及(c) 婚姻监礼人委任的续期.
