结果表明: 变频电机的频率变化对硅钢片铁损中涡流损耗比例有显著影响, 而且退火处理后, 退火时间对工频和高频段磁滞损 耗的影响呈不同的规律;
高频(400 Hz)条件下, 涡流损耗比例显著高于工频(50 Hz)条件下涡流损耗比例;
在980 ℃退火, 工频时 铁损最低, 退火温度的升高会导致高频时铁损增加;
随退火时间的延长, 表现出有利于减少高频条件下的磁滞损耗, 但会增加 工频条件下的磁滞损耗.上述结果可为变频电机硅钢片铁损的控制提供了研究基础. 关键词: 变频电机;

anshan 243000, China) Abstract: Iron loss of silicon steel sheet for converter motor at the condition of different frequencies was studied. The effect of annealing temperature and time on the iron loss at the condition of different frequencies was discussed. The results show that frequency variation of the motor has obviously effect on the ratio eddy current loss to total iron loss of silicon steel sheet, and the effect of annealing time on the hysteresis loss of power frequency and high frequency is different rules. At the condition of high frequency (400 Hz), the eddy current loss ratio is significantly higher than that of the power frequency (50 Hz). Annealing at
980 ℃, the iron loss at the condition of power frequency is the lowest , while the increase of annealing temperature can lead to the increase of iron loss at high frequency. With the increase of annealing time, the hysteresis loss at the high frequency can be reduced, but the hysteresis loss can be increased. The above results can provide research foundation for the control of the iron loss of silicon steel for converter motor. Key words: converter motor;

magnetic property 随着变频技术的不断成熟, 变频电机的使用领域越来越广泛[1-2] .20世纪90年代以来, 越来越多的研究 者投入到变频电动机的设计研究中[3-5] .硅钢片作为制造电机铁芯的主要材料, 在变频条件下的铁损规律与 变频电机的综合质量存在直接关系.国内外对变频电机用硅钢片的生产技术与铁损控制技术进行了一些研 究[6-7] , 如文献[8]对高硅钢的生产技术进行了探索和分析;
文献[9-10]研究如何通过优化热处理工艺提高硅钢 片的磁性能和电机的效率;
文献[11-12]通过实验室模拟的方式对连续退火及罩退与铁损之间的关系进行探 讨;
