468 examiners who assist ADC Members to adjudicate applications - ADC examiners are selected via open recruitment procedures and recommended by ADC members - Artform groups are responsible for selecting eligible candidates and proposing the list of examiners to the ADC Council for approval - Examiners with the relevant art expertise are invited to perform adjudication duties on a random basis - A grading system is used to prioritize the competing applications.
