468 examiners who assist ADC Members to adjudicate applications - ADC examiners are selected via open recruitment procedures and recommended by ADC members - Artform groups are responsible for selecting eligible candidates and proposing the list of examiners to the ADC Council for approval - Examiners with the relevant art expertise are invited to perform adjudication duties on a random basis - A grading system is used to prioritize the competing applications. If required, adjudication meetings will be held to review the applications Grants under $1m are considered and approved by ADC Sub-committees Grants exceeding $1m are considered by ADC Sub-committees and approved by the Council - For grants of and under $100,000, Project Report and original receipts must be submitted within three months of project completion - For grants exceeding $100,000, Project Report and audited accounts must be submitted within six months of project completion C:\Temp\e_ha1208cb2-613-1-a-e.doc Arts and Sports Development Fund (ASDF) (Arts Portion) Grants Adjudication Procedures ADC artform groups, comprising representatives from the arts community, formulate and submit project proposals to ADC Council for consideration ADC Council approves project proposals and submit ASDF applications to HAB Secretary for Home Affairs approves applications ADC self-managed projects - implemented by ADC Applicants submit execution proposals Adjudication of Applications by Examiners/Examiners Panels - There are
