2014 B445 Explanatory Note Paragraph

1 注释 本规例在 《毒药表规例》 ( 第138 章,附属法例 B) 的附表所列的毒 药表的第 I 部的 A 分部中加入

7 种物质,使含有该等物质的毒药 ( 除须符合其他适用的规定外 ),只能在获授权毒药销售商的注 册处所内,由注册药剂师或在其在场监督下出售. Explanatory Note This Regulation adds

7 substances to Division A of Part I of the Poisons List set out in the Schedule to the Poisons List Regulations (Cap.

138 sub. leg. B) so that, among other applicable requirements, poisons containing those substances can only be sold on registered premises of an authorized seller of poisons by a registered pharmacist or in the pharmacist's presence and under the pharmacist's supervision.
