每一级别的产品配比经特别设计以满足 不同的热工和物理方面的要求. TDM 系列轻质砖主要以高纯度的耐火黏土为原料制成. 所有级别均加入有 严格分类的有机填充物. 这些填充物在产品生产过程中被烧掉以产生经控制的, 均匀一致的孔隙结构. 产品特性 低导热系数 由于具有低导热性,可使窑炉厚度变薄. 低热容 储蓄很少的热能,在间歇操作窑中节能效果明显. 高绝热性 可以通过较薄的窑墙得到较好的使用效率和降低成本. 低杂质含量 具有非常低的铁和碱金属低熔物含量,因而耐火度极高.较高的氧化铝含量使其在还原气氛 下仍保持良好的性能. 尺寸精度高 加快砌筑速度,砖缝薄且整齐一致.保证砌筑体强度高,稳定性高. 可加工特大尺寸和特殊形状 可以减少砌筑块数和砌筑缝隙.
