1 磅Premium Meat RWA pork back ribs
1 lb 香茅,切碎
2 条Lemongrass, chopped
2 stalks 蒜头, 压碎
2 粒Garlic, crushed
2 cloves 乾葱,切碎
1 粒Shallots, finely chopped
2 pcs 姜茸 2? 汤匙 Ginger, grated 2? tbsp 红辣椒,去籽切碎
2 支Thai chili, seeded and thinly sliced
2 pcs 莞茜碎 ? 杯Fresh cilantro, chopped ? cup 糖1? 汤匙 Sugar 1? tbsp 黑胡椒粉 ? 茶匙 Ground black pepper ? tsp 蚝油
3 汤匙 Oyster sauce

煲滚一锅热水放入一字排煮
