工程任务的加重使得工器具的使用更加频繁,管理难度随之加大. 为提高管理效率和安全施工水平,将二维码技术 应用于工器具的管理中,保证工器具管理的规范、有序、轻松、高效. 采用二维码对工器具进行标识,实现了工器具生命周 期和使用状态的全程跟踪. 标识后的工器具可以方便、快捷、准确地显示出条码信息,同时显示使用规范和安全注意事 项,既可对员工进行技术和安全交底,也可有效降低操作失误率,保障人员和设备安全,有效解决施工器具及安全管控难 的问题. 关键词:二维码;

安全管理 中图分类号:TU714 文献标志码:B 文章编号:1007-9904(2019)03-0077-04 Planar Bar Code Technology Applied in Tools Management YU Chunhui,ZHENG Yibin,ZHAI Chenlong,LIU Qi,WU Gaoyang (State Grid Jinan Power Supply Company,Jinan 250012,China) Abstract: With the development of social economy,number of industrial and civil construction projects are gradually increasing.The construction task is becoming more complex than ever before,resulting in stringent safety margin.Due to the aggravation of engineering tasks,the duty of the construction equipment is growing heavier.Consequently increasing difficulty of the management task.In order to improve the management efficiency and safe,the planar bar code technology is adopted to promote the management standard and efficiency while reducing the work load of the management.By assigning planar bar code to each and every equipment,the life cycle and the maintenance status can be easily tracked.The marked instruments can display bar code information conveniently,quickly and accurately.Further more,the operation specifications and safety precautions are displayed,which not only promotes the understanding to the technical and safety standard of the employees,but also can effectively reduce the operation error rate,guarantee the safety of personnel and equipment,and effectively solve the difficult problems of construction tools and safety control. 0 引言 随着社会经济发展, 施工单位的工程建设任务 越来越重,安全管理形势愈加严峻. 施工单位的每一 项工程任务都离不开工器具的使用,大到牵引机,小 到电动扳手,涉及工器具种类繁多,技术复杂程度各 异. 工程建设任务的加重使得工器具的使用频率增 加,其管理难度也随之加大. 为了提高管理效能,必 须创新管理手段, 使施工单位的工器具管理更加规 范、有序、轻松、高效. 工器具管理是施工安全管理的重要一环, 在工 器具及机械设备使用过程中,因操作不当、工器具及 设备故障、 流动性作业等诸多原因引起的人身伤害 事故屡屡发生, 给企业安全生产和行业健康发展造 成极为不良的影响, 因此加强工器具管理也显得极 为紧迫和必要.
