3 1 总则 1.0.1 为贯彻执行国家有关节约资源、保护环境的经济政策;

促进深圳市建筑废 弃物的再生利用,规范再生材料使用过程中的技术要求、工艺及检测方法,使利 用过程做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理,制定本规程. 1.0.2 本规程适用于建筑废弃物再生材料在城市道路工程中的应用. 1.0.3 建筑废弃物在城市道路工程中的应用,除应符合本规程外, 尚应符合国家、 行业和地方现行相关标准的规定.

4 2 术语和符号 2.1 术语 2.1.1 建筑废弃物 Construction waste 在新建、改建、扩建和拆除各类建筑物、构筑物、管网以及装修房屋等施工 活动中产生的废弃砖瓦、混凝土块等. 2.1.2 再生材料 Recycled materials 由建筑废弃物加工而成的,用于配制混凝土、砂浆、注浆材料、基层材料的 粗、细骨料和粉料. 2.1.3 再生粗骨料 Recycled coarse aggregate 由建筑废弃物中的混凝土、砂浆、石、黏土砖等加工而成,粒径大于4.75mm 的颗粒. 2.1.4 再生细骨料 Recycled fine aggregate 由建筑废弃物中的混凝土、 砂浆、 石、 黏土砖等加工而成, 粒径大于0.075mm 且小于4.75mm的颗粒. 2.1.5 再生粉料 Recycled fine powder 由建筑废弃物中的混凝土、 砂浆、 石、 黏土砖等加工而成, 粒径小于0.075mm 的颗粒. 2.1.6 再生材料体积取代率 Replacement ratio of recycled materials 再生材料在混凝土、砂浆、注浆材料、基层材料中按体积取代天然粗、细骨 料和粒料的比例. 2.1.7 再生骨料混凝土 Recycled aggregate concrete 再生骨料部分或全部代替天然骨料配制而成的水泥混凝土. 2.1.8 再生骨料水泥砂浆 Recycled aggregate mortar 再生细骨料部分或全部取代天然细骨料配制而成的水泥砂浆. 2.1.9 再生骨料注浆材料 Recycled aggregate grouting materials 再生细骨料部分或全部取代天然细骨料配制而成的灌注水泥砂浆. 2.1.10 净用水量 Net water content 再生混凝土配合比设计中,不考虑再生骨料吸水量在内的混凝土用水量.
