巴士转乘优惠条款及条件 Terms and Conditions of Bus Interchange O er 1.

新界西北的港铁巴士及港铁接驳巴士的免费转乘优惠只适用 於使用八达通的乘客,并须於指定港铁站、建议轻铁车站及 指定巴士路Q转车. 2. 不同车程的转乘时限为60分钟,逾时无效. 3. 免费转乘优惠适用於巴士转巴士、巴士转港铁M 轻铁、港铁M 轻铁转巴士及轻铁M 巴士转港铁再转轻铁M 巴士,全程不可 超过120分钟,但并不适用於转乘同一巴士路Q. 4. 乘客由港铁M 轻铁转乘巴士时,如果其已扣取的港铁M 轻铁 车费等於或高於巴士车费,便可免费转乘.如果其已扣取的 港铁M 轻铁车费低於巴士车费,则两者之间的差价会从巴士 收费器收取. 5. 乘客必须使用同一张八达通 (其余额必须为正数) ,方可享用 免费转乘优惠. 6. 《合约 (第三者权利) 条例》不适用於本条款及细则. 7. 如有任何争议,香港铁路有限公司将保留一切最终决定权. 1. Free interchanges with MTR Buses in the Northwest New Territories and MTR Feeder Buses are available only for Octopus users interchanging between designated MTR stations, recommended Light Rail stops and designated bus routes. 2. The transit time limit between di erent transport modes is

60 minutes. 3. Free interchange applies to transfers between buses, interchanges between bus and MTR/Light Rail, and transfers from Light Rail/Bus to MTR to Light Rail/Bus. The whole journey must be completed within

120 minutes. The free interchange does not apply if the same bus route is used a second time in the same combination. 4. Passengers can enjoy a free interchange from the MTR/Light Rail to the bus as long as the MTR/Light Rail fare deduction is higher than or equal to the bus fare. If the MTR/Light Rail fare deduction is lower than the bus fare, the di erence between the two will be deducted at the bus processor. 5. The same Octopus (with a positive remaining value) must be used in order to bene t from the free interchange. 6. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to the terms and conditions herein. 7.
