4 1.主体必须水平安装, 避免因凝水盘斜度过大而漏水;

2.在吊装时, 用M10螺栓, 吊顶位置如图所示;

主体下部离天棚下面60 110, 如不按此范围安装, 天棚和面板间会有间隙, 造成漏风;

请注意!天棚开口尺寸与主体位置关系 3.主体增加延长风道时, 机组上端至天棚下面尺寸为(450 500)+H,H为延长风道高度. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 1.The main body shall be installed horizontally to avoid water leak resulting from big inclination of condenser plate, 2.M10 bolt shall be used for hoisting, hoisting position is as shown in the following figure, The lower part of the body shall be 60-110mm from the bottom ceiling, otherwise gap would occur between the ceiling and face plate and cause air leak;

3.If the extended air duct is added to the main body, the upper end of the unit shall be (450 500)+H from the bottom ceiling: H is the height of the extended air duct. 1.安装面板前, 应先确认主体 (分流器) 下底面到天棚的高度是否在正常范围内(60 110之间);

2.调整面板调整螺钉使分流器离天棚50;

3.卸下面板上的检查口盖, 检查口盖安装在面板上之后, 可进行室内检修;

4.打开中心面板, 使其一面悬吊起来, 按①的顺序即可;

5.用面板安装螺钉按图所示将面板安装在分流器上;

6.旋转面板调整螺钉, 使天棚与面板之间没有间隙;

7.过滤网的安装按如图②的方法即可将过滤网装上. 8.盖好检查口盖;

9.关上中心面板. 1. Before installing face plate,please check if the space between bottom surface of main body (flow divider) and ceiling within the normal range (60 110mm);

2. Adjust the adjusting screw of face plate to make flow divider be 50mm from the ceiling;

3. Remove the inspection cover from the face plate;

indoor inspection can be carried out after inspection cover is installed on the face plate;

4. Open the central plate and hoist that surface without patterns, as per order in ;

5. As shown in the figure, install the face plate on the ........
