4 June 2019, Mr. Wang Yongming ("Mr. Wang") and Mr. Zhang Dawei ("Mr. Zhang") have been appointed as non-executive Directors. Mr. Wang Yongming, aged 57, obtained a bachelor's degree in journalism from Fudan University and EMBA from Eastern European Business School*( 东欧商学院).He is a lawyer. He had served successively as an editor of the People's Daily Overseas Edition, a government official of the Central Committee, the deputy secretary-general of Leshan Municipal Committee of Sichuan Province, the editor-in-chief of www.ffclw.cn(中国反腐倡廉网) , the deputy secretary-general of China Integrity Law Association*(中国廉政法学会)and the vice president of the Meilixin Holdings Co., Ltd.*(美利信控股有限公司) . Mr. Wang has extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, corporate organisation and coordination, corporate management, and corporate development planning. Mr. Zhang Dawei, aged 48, obtained a bachelor's degree in economics from Capital University of Economics and Business. He is a senior accountant. From July

1993 to December 1994, he was engaged in secretarial work in the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the fund management of the Communist Party of China in foreign aid. From January

1995 to January 1999, he worked in Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants under the Ministry of Finance as an audit manager, responsible for the audit work;

1999 to October 2017, he served as a director of Tibet Jinzhu Group Co., Ltd.*(西 藏金珠集团有限公司) ;

from August

2010 to December 2013, he served as assistant to the general manager and the deputy director of finance in China United Travel Co., Ltd.*(国旅联合股份 有限公司) , which is controlled by CITS Group Corporation;

from November

2017 to date, he served as the executive director and the general manager of Zhonghe Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.*( 中核绿能科技有限公司).Mr. Zhang has been mainly engaged in financial audit during the listing of large and medium-sized enterprises, and has served as a financial advisor in various listed companies. He has accumulated extensive experience in the initial public offering of companies, asset restructuring, shareholding system reform and audit in large-scale companies. C

2 C Save as disclosed above, Mr. Wang and Mr. Zhang do not hold any position in the Company or any of its subsidiary, nor do they have any other directorship in listed companies in the past three years prior to the date of this announcement. There is no service contract between the Company and each of Mr. Wang and Mr. Zhang. The remuneration of each of Mr. Wang and Mr. Zhang will be determined by the Remuneration Committee of the Company subsequently which will be on the basis of prevailing market conditions and his duties and responsibilities with the Company. Mr. Wang and Mr. Zhang will be subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the annual general meeting of the Company in accordance with the Bye-laws of the Company. Mr. Wang and Mr. Zhang do not have any relationship with any directors, senior management, substantial shareholders or controlling shareholders (as defined in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules")) of the Company.
