3. 清华大学 电机工程与应用电子技术系, 北京 100084) 摘要: 针对冲击性负荷接入配电网后带来的电能质量问题, 提出一种基于链式结构的静止同步 补偿器 ( D STATCOM )的移动型并联有源补偿装置, 与固定电容补偿装置形成良好配合, 实现了无 功的实时动态补偿.以江西电网实例应用为基础, 分析以电弧炉为代表的典型冲击性负荷补偿的 具体需求, 结合现场录波数据和配电系统参数建立仿真模型, 应用分频协调控制策略与固定补偿支 路形成良好配合, 降低了动态容量需求, 采用链式主电路和模块化设计实现了有源型补偿装置 D STATCOM 的移动化.提出了装置的现场应用方案, 给出了基本工程参数的配置方法与原则.投运 效果表明, 装置响应迅速, 运行稳定, 能够满足配电网动态无功冲击补偿的要求. 关键词: 电能质量;

Operating w ith sw itching capacitor branch , the compensator realizes the synchronous compensation of reactive pow er . A s the examp le of the app lication in Jiangxi pow er grid , the compensation requ irement of electric arc furnacew hich is typ ical i mpulse load w as analyzed . W ith field w ave recording data and distribution sys te m para m eter , si mu lation modelw as buil. t By using frequency divid ing coord ination controlm ethod , the active pow er compensator can w ork w ith sw itch ing capacitor branch perfectly. It reduced the dynam ic ca pacity requiremen t of the compensating system effectively. The active pow er compensator realized movea b le by accepting the cascadem ain circuit and modularization design . The field application plan of the e quip mentw as put for w ard .
