2 次, 合并萃取液并转移至旋 转蒸发仪上, 在30℃、 13000kPa 真空条件下浓缩至 3~ 4mL, 经吹氮仪定容至 1mL.再将定容液经过硅胶柱 进行净化.硅胶柱采用湿法装柱, 称取 130℃下活化 12h 后的硅胶 10g 在二氯甲烷中拌匀后均匀装柱, 再用40mL 石油醚淋洗后备用.净化浓缩液经 GC- MS- SIM 或HPLC- UV/FLD 测定多环芳烃.
