5 1.2 资源使用 「降低能源消耗、减少耗用资源」 已 被视为本集团在改善环境方面的首 要工作,为此,我们推行了一系列有 关节约能源及资源的方案和计划, 详情如下: ? 针对使用蒸汽进行热定型的 工序,引进新型高效的蒸汽疏水设备,从而缩短蒸汽管道长度,减少蒸汽用量,亦同 时减低用来产生蒸汽的能源 消耗,更令2017年的蒸汽用量对比往年减少约30%;
? 为热定型工序烘房四周加贴 保温棉以提升保温效果,减少热量损耗,从而令工艺温度提高,无纺布的烘乾速度每分钟亦因而增加了1米;
? 主车间楼顶加装玻璃钢采光 带,令车间在白天无需依靠灯光照明,此措施可为厂区每年节省约5万千瓦时的用电;
? 采用节能电机,以降低能耗;
? 为有效减少包装材料的使用, 本集团将与客户协商,计划增加每个独立包装内的成品 件数,如按计划进行,预计能 降低达15% 的包装材料耗用 量;
? 根┑パ细窨刂圃 料的采购和领用,以避免过量的采购而造成浪费;
? 办公室围亦倡导节约水电, 尽量采用自然光照明,推行减少办公用电和非办公用电;
