FDU is fully approved by the Director of the Office of Highway Traffic Safety, to offer the NJ Motorcycle Safety Education courses. License is not guaranteed. The State of New Jersey requires that all participants have a current and validated Motorcycle Permit from any state (this includes DMV's written test and Eye Examination). There are no exceptions. NJ residents who successfully complete the basic course will receive a waiver of the NJ DMV motorcycle road test.
