2017 二零一七年一月施政报告 Under the current arrangement, a private housing development project is required, among other things, to register for Building Environmental Assessment Method Plus (BEAM Plus) as a prerequisite for application for GFA concession for amenity features. We will review this arrangement to further promote green building. In the review, we will consider tightening the prerequisite by requiring a development project to attain specific standards of performance in environmental protection, or even adopt performance-based and site-specific approaches to determine the maximum GFA concession. 「现时,私人楼宇发展项目如要就适意设施申请总楼面面积宽免,其中一 个先决条件是注册『绿建环评(BEAM Plus)』认证登记.为进一步推动绿 色建筑,政府会检讨现时的安排,包括考虑将先决条件提升,要求发展项 目在环保方面的表现达致特定标准,甚或采纳以表现为本及考虑个别地盘 情况的方法,厘定总楼面面积宽免的上限.」
