1 围及报告期间 此乃本集团第三份环境、社会及管治报告,说 明其环境、社会及管治 ( 「环境社会管治」 ) 表现,并参照香港联合交易所有限公司所颁布的 GEM上市规则附录二十及指引所述的环境社 会管治报告指引作出披露.
在香港,本集团主要从事提供展览及贸易展览 业务及印刷媒体业务.而在中华人民共和国 ( 「中国」 ) ,本集团参与开发流动应用程式业 务.除另有指明外,本环境社会管治报告涵盖 2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日,本集团於 香港以及中国的上述业务营运中两个主要 (即环境及社会) 的整体表现.开发流动应 用程式业务自2018年4月起已终止经营. 权益人参与及重要性 为识别本集团应专注的环境社会管治的最重 大层面,关键权益人 (包括股东、投资者及雇 员) 已参与定期交流会议,讨论及检讨需要注 意的地方,以助业务实现潜在增长及为未来挑 战作好准备. 於报告期间,本集团特别请董事会、管理层及 前线员工参与识别环境社会管治的主要层面. 已识别的环境社会管治中最重要的五个层面 乃(i)雇员健康与安全;
(ii)劳工准则;
(iii)知识产 权(「知识产权」 ) ;
(iv)保障客户资料以及(v)反 贪污. 管理上述层面将於下文另立章节讨论.本集团 将继续审慎管理其环境及社会表现,针对其权 益人识别及将对本集团产生重大影响的层面. 权益人的意见 本集团欢迎权益人对环境、社会及管治方针和表现提出意见.请透过电邮([email protected]) 或向本集团提供建议 或分享意见. SCOPE AND REPORTING PERIOD This is the third Environmental, Social and Governance ( ESG ) report by the Group, highlighting its ESG performance, with disclosure reference made to the ESG Reporting Guide as described in Appendix
20 to the GEM Listing Rules and Guidance set out by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. In Hong Kong, the Group is mainly engaged in exhibition and trade show business and print media business. While in the People'
s Republic of China ( PRC ), the Group involved in development of mobile applications business. This ESG report covers the Group'
s overall performance in two subject areas, namely, Environmental and Social of the above-mentioned business operations in its offices in Hong Kong and PRC, from
1 January
2018 to
31 December 2018, unless otherwise stated. With effect from April 2019, the development of mobile applications business has been discontinued. STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT AND MATERIALITY In order to identify the most significant ESG aspects for the Group to focus on, key stakeholders including shareholders, investors and employees have been involved in regular engagement meetings to discuss and to review areas of attention which will help the business meet its potential growth and be prepared for future challenges. In the reporting period, the Group particularly engaged the board of directors, the management and frontline employees to identify material ESG aspects. The top five ESG material aspects identified were (i) employee health and safety, (ii) labour standards, (iii) intellectual property ( IP ) rights, (iv) customer data protection and (v) anti-corruption. Management of the above aspects will be discussed in separate sections below. The Group will continue to manage its environmental and social performances with focus placed on the material aspects identified by its stakeholders and aspects that will pose significant impact on the Group.
