0 0 ) 摘要锆在常温下性能稳 定 ,具 有 比不锈 钢 、镍 基合 金及钛更优 异的耐腐蚀性能,而且 力学性能和工艺性能宜于制造容器和换热器、随 着国内化工行业的发展,许多强 腐蚀设备正逐步采用锆材,大大提高了设 备的寿命和可靠性,取得更好的经济效益由于其外形似铜,通 常称这种材料为锆材或锆钢、锆 铜属于特殊材料,其 设计、制造、工艺试验、检验检测过程与一般钢制压力容器具有显著不同,而国内目前 尚无锆压力容器制造、检验标准,只能参照国家现有的钢制压力容器标准,而锆的焊接和锆复合板验收只能参照美国ASME规范本文就醋酸工艺系统中锆铜压力容器设 计、制造、材料验收、焊接、无损检测、热处理、检 验检测、产 品监督检验方面进行一定的探索关键词锆钢压力容器产品监检Abs t raet Zi r c o n i u m h a s s t a b l e p r o p e r t y u n d e r t h e n o r ma l t e mp e r a t u r e, a n d mo r e o u t s t a n d i n g a n t i ―c o r ― r o s i v e p e r f o r m a n c e c o m p a r i n g t o t h e s t a i n l e s s s t e e l , t h e n i c k e l b a s e a l l o y a n d t i t a n i u m , i t s me c h a n i c a l p r o p e r t i e s a n d t h e p r o c e s s i n g p r o p e r t y a r e s ui t a b l e f o r ma k e c o n t a i n e r s a n d h e a t e x c h a n g e r s .
