Commissioner Pete Huang nominated Vice-President Susan Mall to serve for another year as Vice-President. Commissioner Wolf seconded the nomination. President Wardell-Ghirarduzzi asked if there were any further nominations. She said seeing none we would go to public comment. Public Comment Ray Hartz, Director San Francisco Open Government, said he does not blame any of the Commissioners besides the current President and Vice- President from wanting to participate. He said the former City Librarian left you with a bag of feces and that is the financial dealings with the Friends of the Library. He said for years the Commission has been promoting the relationship with the Friends. He said he will be going to the Ethics Commission and the Board of Supervisors exposing this fraud.
