In the earlier years, we can make objective analy- sis and put our feet down to pro- mote the social and economic de- velopment in the face of false re- port on China爷s IPR from the west- ern world. Now, the western media is changing their attitude to China爷s IPR development, and we should seize the opportunity to improve our work. However, we should not neglect that China is still lack of IPR management and operating ex- periences and the IPR environment remains to be optimized.
