The polydispersity index of the polym er w ith Β2 CD (PD I= 1. 18―1. 21) is sm aller than that w ithout Β2 CD. TEM photographs show ed that the PMMA particles p ro2 duced w ith Β2 CD had smooth surfaces and uniform particle size. H igher amount of sodium dodecyl sulfate and hexadecane w as found in favor of i mp roving the controllability of the system.
