8 DHL ProView Customer User Guide Page Accessing ProView ACCESSING PROVIEW / REGISTRATION / CONFIGURATION As a first-time user, you need to request PINs for your accounts to be able to register these. Information on this process can be found on the DHL ProView page on www.cn.dhl.com. If you have received all PINs for each of your account numbers that you plan to add in ProView, you can access ProView via the menu button on the same page. You are then taken to the registration screen of ProView. As a returning user, you may skip the access via the DHL website and also do not need to register again.
