entitlement to various kinds of fringe benefits are also presented. SD) annually since 1984. While details of the survey coverage and methodology are presented in the Report of Salaries and Employee Benefits Statistics C Managerial and Professional Employees (Excluding Top Management), it should be noted that top management employees are excluded from this survey on account of practical difficulties in collecting accurate salary data from them. Lower level employees are also excluded as they are already covered in another survey, the findings of which are published in the Quarterly Report of Wage and Payroll Statistics. Both statistical reports mentioned above can be downloaded free of charge from the website of the C&
