s operating revenue was approximately RMB312,971,000, representing a decrease of approximately 17.5% as compared with approximately RMB379,210,000 for the corresponding period in 2017. Due to the gradual decrease in the numbers of stores in recent years, keen competition with numerous new business models and artisanal bakeries, traditional physical store services models and packaged products have difficulty on capturing market attention, therefore the Group'

6 6 After evaluation, some of the stores were closed down for factors such as poor revenue performance, drastic rise on rent, difficult recovery from refurbishment and renovation, and slight re-baked store types are opened simultaneously to test market acceptance. The number of stores fell from
