Considerando ainda que o Acordo relativo aos Privilégios e Imunidades da Organiza??o ITER, em conformidade com o seu artigo 25.?, entrou internacionalmente em vigor para a Repú? blica Popular da China, incluindo a sua Regi?o Administrativa Especial de Macau, em

24 de Outubro de 2007;

1 do artigo 6.? da Lei n.? 3/1999 da Regi?o Administrativa Especial de Macau: ― a parte útil da notifica??o relativa à aplica??o do Acordo ITER e do Acordo relativo aos Privilégios e Imunidades da Or? ganiza??o ITER na Regi?o Administrativa Especial de Macau, efectuada pela República Popular da China, na sua vers?o em língua inglesa, tal como enviada ao depositário, acompanhada das tradu??es para as línguas chinesa e portuguesa;

― o texto autêntico em língua inglesa do Acordo ITER, acom? panhado das tradu??es para as línguas chinesa e portu? guesa;
