1 1 总则1.0.1 为了保障跨座式单轨交通建设和运营质量和安全,加强跨座式单轨交通工程测量管理,统 一工程测量技术要求,遵循技术先进、经济合理、质量可靠和安全适用的原则制订本标准. 1.0.2 本标准适用于跨座式单轨交通线网规划、新线路建设、既有线路改造以及运营线路维护的 工程测量工作. 1.0.3 跨座式单轨交通工程测量的平面坐标和高程系统应与所在城市一致. 当与城市其他形式轨道 交通工程结构或市政工程联系时,应采用统一的平面坐标和高程系统,当平面坐标和高程系统不一 致时应建立转换关系. 1.0.4 跨座式单轨交通工程测量应以中误差作为衡量测量精度的标准,以二倍中误差作为极限误 差. 1.0.5 测量作业使用的仪器和设备应根据国家有关法规,定期进行检验与校正.作业中仪器状态 应满足作业要求. 1.0.6 跨座式单轨交通工程测量工作应根据轨道交通工程安全生产措施和应急预案要求,编制测 量应急预案. 1.0.7 采用和推广经鉴定并批准的工程测量新技术、新方法、新设备和新软件时,应符合国家相 关部门的规定. 1.0.8 跨座式单轨交通工程测量除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准或规范的规定.
