2007 * 背景资料 Background Information 调查旨在了解香港雇员对目前工作的信心指数,工作满意度和年龄歧视问题.调查以电话访问进行,於2007年3月20日至4月30日期间成功访问本港805位18岁或以上,现正全职工作的雇员.调查的结果可帮助上司t解雇员的心态及需要,从而知道如何提升雇员的工作满意度及竞争能力.调查结果还有助於上司t解雇员对在工作间年龄歧视问题的看法,以便制订人事管理政策.The survey aims at understanding the confidence of Hong Kong employees towards their jobs, their job satisfaction and their attitudes towards age discrimination .It was conducted during March

10 questions in ECI fall into
